How to Change Password if Forgot

If you forget your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

Go to the Login Page

Click the 'Forgot your Password' button

Enter your Email Address to request a password reset

Click the 'Send Password Reset Link' button

Click 'Set New Password'

Input New Password

Login Failed

If you fail to log in due to an error—either system-related or external—you can try resetting your password by clicking the Forgot your Password button. If the issue persists, please contact the Lynx SSP internal team for further assistance.
